Awful customer service, I’ve spent about £80 on their lashes in the last couple of months- emailed them as a pair had fallen to bits after 2 uses and after an initial response where they asked for photo’s ( which were sent) have never heard from them again. (Had only received them a week before so obvious I’d not worn them anywhere near the promised 30 times). & they hadn’t been near anything oilbased.
Really disappointing as I’ve always struggled with false eyelashes and really thought I’d found my holy grail product.

Really wanted to love these ? Had lash extensions for years and wanted to take a break. I’ve had to apply the liner 3 times and apply the lash. They’ve lasted an hour! Seems like the fluid in the bottle is drying up

I've never managed to get lashes to stay on until I tried the magnetic ones from Lola's. Stayed in place all day. Super easy to apply and look fab! I'm on my 4th pair now and just bought some for my teenage niece.

The only issue I have, is that the liner can become a little smudgy/messy as the day goes on.

My experience with Lola lashes. It’s an amazing product last cleans up nicely. Quick and easy along with postage, friendly service hundred percent all customer satisfaction. product is 1000% worth its money.

I ordered lashes and they didn’t come, twice. Lashes looked nice but sad I didn’t get to try them. Pretty disappointed.

Bought their hybrid lash set and was so disappointed. Lash can barely stay on even with several coats of the eyeliner. The eyeliner wand has become wonky after only a few uses. I wrote a review on their website which they have not published - very disappointed and will stick to glue on lashes from now. Also I cannot seem to opt-out of their constant marketing emails?

Lashes applied well although after only 2 hours of wearing them they felt like they were scratching my eye lids, used the balm to remove the liner etc which took a couple of goes to get my eyes clean now I’m left with red and sore swollen eyes, skin has broken

Honestly I can't believe I waited so long to take the plunge and buy a pair of the Magnetic Lola's Lashes! I really thought they seemed too good to be true, but they work so well! I was terrible at applying the liner first time, I usually use a liner pen, I got in a mess at first but improved with practice, then my 2nd order came and I found the hybrid liner much easier to apply. I've never worn lashes as I've never been able to apply the glue-on type successfully. I had compliments from everyone when I wore them and felt really glamorous. If you're on the fence then give them a try, I really think that if I can apply them then anyone can, I wish I hadn't waited so long! My favourite are the Love letter lashes. PS. The customer service is fantastic too. You can't lose!

Really disappointing service. Ordered incorrect lashes. However upon immediately realising I sent a message asking for my offer to be cancelled. I was sent a message two days later advising that they had been dispatched! Naturally I contacted Lola’s lashes & was advised that they operate different systems from orders to enquiries. Now I need to not only wait for my money back, but I’ve also got to return the item! First & last time purchasing from here.

these lashes are the biggest game changer!!!! I saw all the amazing reviews and was still so skeptical as I knew they wouldn’t be as good as the individual hybrid eyelash extensions I’ve had for the past 12 months but I was like give it a go and how wrong was I ever doubting how amazing these lashes are!! I’d say these lashes are better than individual ones as with individual ones as your eyelashes do their cycle you start to get gaps but with Lola’s lashes they stay looking fabulous ? don’t have to spend an hour getting infills takes two seconds put the eyeliner on wait for it to dry matter of seconds then the lashes stick on with the magnets and looking amazing all day!!! I’ve tested them in the wind and rain and couldn’t believe they looked no different to going on a night out. Highly recommend!! I’ve literally been sending all my friends the link as they’ve seen how amazing they are!!!

First time I’ve worn lashes in ages and loved them! So easy to apply with the adhesive stick. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Great product, much easier to use than traditional lash and glue systems. Really great variety of very natural lashes to more dramatic russian volume looks. Great customer service as well, a pair of lashes were lost in the mail and they sent a replacement promptly. Very happy with them, 5*.

Glue liner pen was dry and therefore I wanted to be refunded. Absolutely awful returns policy and lack of customer service, money hungry company that do not care about their customers. 14 days to return the item and has to arrive to them within that time, but how, when they take ages to reply to emails sent? Unhelpful staff will not be purchasing from here again.

Not a fan at all. The eyeliner just doesn't dry or come off, not with their special remover, not with any other remover. Lost loads of eyelashes it got stuck to and nearly glued my eyes together with it. Also, the company start spamming you with marketing as soon as you make an order, there's no option to opt out.

14 Day Money Back Policy is rubbish, nothing easy about the process at all and takes ages. You have to chase them to get anything processed.
Sent a set of lashes back to exchange for another set as they weren't very good, they didn't tell me the return address - luckily I checked - I sent them back tracked as advised, had to chase them nearly month later for the replacement as I'd had no contact from them. It was only at that point they sent out a replacement, which has yet to arrive! So until now I'm down a pair of lashes, postage and it's been nearly a month. Hoping this can prevent someone else from having a bad experience.
